This one-click installer creates the astraal_ledgera schema (roles, IAM/RBAC, budgeting, cash flow, treasury & digital asset vault, invoicing/AR, payables/AP, compliance, Fiscal Governance Ledger) and seeds it with a full multi-entity, multi-role demo dataset.

Running this again wipes and re-seeds all demo data. Safe to re-run any time while demoing.
